Elon Musk's xAI Sues Apple and OpenAI

Elon Musk's company xAI has filed a lawsuit against Apple and OpenAI in the Northern District of Texas court, accusing them of unfair competition and collusion. The plaintiffs claim that the integration of ChatGPT into iOS limits user choice and strengthens the monopoly in the smartphone and generative AI market. They also accuse the App Store of manipulating rankings by artificially lowering the positions of OpenAI's competitors.
