Study: Vitamin D Slows Aging Threefold

August 26, 2025

Scientists have proven that vitamin D slows aging threefold. In a study with 25,000 participants, it was established that daily intake of 2,000 IU of vitamin D slows the shortening of DNA chromosomes threefold, which is equivalent to aging 1.5 years over a period of 5 years. Pharmacy doses (5,000 IU) allow for taking a pill every other day, maintaining the rejuvenating effect.
