Challenge for Chubby Employees by Insta360

The Chinese action-camera manufacturer Insta360 has launched a challenge for its chubby employees—penalizing those who gain weight while rewarding those who lose it. Participation is voluntary: ¥500 is paid for every 500 g of weight lost, and almost twice as much is deducted for the same amount gained. 99 employees joined the challenge, losing a total of 950 kg in 90 days.
