In times of stress, it's very easy to regard the practice of meditation as something insignificant. However, just as doctors don't stop reminding people that it's important to continue eating and drinking regularly (even if you don't feel like it), we want to remind you that mental hygiene should not be stopped, as it is the key to your emotional health. Here are some tips that - we hope - will help you take care of your mind daily. 1. Set a minimum meditation time and stick to it. You will feel when you're ready to increase your meditation time.
