Stop wasting your energy and take full responsibility for your life. 4. Stop the negative self-talk. How many people harm themselves simply because they allow negative thoughts and emotions to run their lives. Do not trust everything your rational, reasonable mind tells you. You are better and capable of more than you actually believe.
