Maybe if you stop investing and initiating, the relationships will end, and some people will completely forget you. Maybe if you stop sending text messages, your phone will be silent for a few days or weeks. Maybe if you stop investing, love will disappear. This doesn't mean you ruined the relationships. It means that the only thing keeping them going was your energy. Then it is not love but attachment.
