In our culture, a negative attitude towards oneself is too widespread. This meditation will help you counteract any negativity, including such manifestations as shame and low self-esteem. Throughout the day, track all your internal monologues and note how often you speak negatively about yourself. It might look something like this: "I’m an idiot, I forgot my notebook" or "I hate my body, I am too fat." Sound familiar?
