SpaceX Sends Space Tourists to the ISS

June 26, 2025

SpaceX has sent space tourists to the ISS - on board were former NASA commander Peggy Whitson and astronauts from India, Poland, and Hungary (these countries flew to the station for the first time). The mission will last two weeks: during which over 60 scientific experiments are planned, after which the crew will return to Earth in the Crew Dragon capsule. Interestingly, the launch was initially planned for June 11 but was postponed several times: first due to a fuel leak in the rocket and then due to an oxygen leak in the Russian 'Zvezda' module on the ISS.
