Sex can cause headaches, muscle weakness, and concentration problems. Scientists have discussed a rare syndrome called post-orgasmic illness, which causes flu-like symptoms after ejaculation. Symptoms include fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and muscle weakness, often appearing within minutes or hours after orgasm and can last for several days.
