UAE to be the first country with free ChatGPT Plus for all citizens

The UAE will become the first country where the entire population will be provided with a free subscription to ChatGPT Plus - all as part of a major partnership between OpenAI and the UAE government, which also includes the construction of a massive AI data center in Abu Dhabi.
