SK Telecom, South Korea's largest operator, will replace 25 million SIM cards due to a large-scale cyberattack. Hackers intercepted authentication keys and can now access SMS and contacts, as well as "clone" numbers. Replacement will be required for all clients, but due to a shortage of cards, the process will take several months: the company will be able to issue no more than six million SIM cards by May.
