Deadly Fungus Threatens Europe

The deadly fungus Aspergillus could destroy Europe and even reach China. Due to climate changes, the fungus has begun to spread rapidly. Its spores attack the lungs and can cause suffocation - it is especially dangerous for asthmatics, people with chronic diseases, and those with weakened immune systems. According to scientists, one type of Aspergillus could spread to 77% of new territories by 2100 if countries continue to use fossil fuels. Its reproduction is also affected by wildfires, droughts, and heavy rains.
