Apple banned from charging commission on iOS purchases outside the App Store

A U.S. court has ruled that Apple is prohibited from charging commissions on iOS purchases outside the App Store. The decision was made in the context of disputes with Epic Games: now developers can easily redirect users from apps to their websites to make payments there, and keep all the profits for themselves.
