Nepal to Ban Inexperienced Athletes from Climbing Everest

In Nepal, inexperienced athletes will be banned from participating in Everest climbs. According to a draft of the new law, Nepal will start issuing permits to conquer the Earth's highest peak only to seasoned mountaineers. It is possible that only athletes with experience climbing at least one Himalayan 'seven-thousander' will be allowed to climb Everest.
