1. Force yourself to get up before the whole world wakes up. Start with 7:00, then 6:00, and finally 5:30. Go to the nearest hill and watch the sunrise. 2. Make yourself go to bed earlier. Start with 11:00 PM, then 10:00 PM, and finally 9:00 PM. This way you will wake up in the morning with a fresh energy and strength. 3. Get into the habit of making yourself a wonderful breakfast. Sauté tomatoes and mushrooms in oil with garlic, fry an egg, slice fresh avocado and squeeze lemon juice over it. Sit down and eat everything, and don't do anything else.
