An important point! A proper snack should not consist of a single product. There are no foods that combine sufficient amounts of proteins + fats + carbohydrates + fiber. So, combine 2-3 products for a snack. For example: A glass of yogurt + apple, A glass of yogurt + cracker, Cucumber + tomato + omelet, Cottage cheese + nuts. The combinations can vary and of course, you can alternate them. Remember, the caloric content of the snack should not exceed 10-15% of your total daily caloric intake. Therefore, it's also important to consider what you eat during main meals. It may seem complicated, but that's just at first glance.
