Kyrgyzstan: Road Rules Express Tests

Kyrgyz inspectors will begin conducting express tests on road rules knowledge directly on the streets and will confiscate licenses from those who cannot answer the questions. The measure will be implemented from September 1 and is aimed at combating rule violators who simply bought their driver's licenses. Officially, this will not be considered a revocation, but the license can only be regained after retaking the exam.
