Stroke is no longer a sentence

Scientists have found a drug that allows for full recovery after a brain hemorrhage. The drug DDL-920 helps bypass years of exhausting recovery and get back on your feet immediately. It turns out that stroke disrupts neural connections between different brain areas and the central part. If a drug can be found to restore them, the ability to move will also return. DDL-920 has already proven effective in saving mice, and now scientists are preparing trials on humans.
