Apple may release an iPhone with no charging port

Previously, the EU forced Apple to switch to USB-C and remove Lightning, which many tech fans did not like. Now, the company is considering removing the charging port altogether so that all new smartphones charge only from wireless MagSafe. This idea was already considered for the upcoming iPhone 17 Air, but the company decided that it is prohibited by EU legislation. To which they were told that portless smartphones are not banned.
