Tip #1. Most successful people adhere to the formula 'Early to bed – early to rise', as it's known that the main rest during sleep occurs before 12 AM. Thus, firstly, you will feel more rested in the morning. Secondly, by getting up an hour earlier, you will have more time for yourself and the tasks you want to accomplish. In the morning, you can plan your day, spend time alone (or complete a few tasks that will free up your time in the afternoon), and head to work without the fear of being late. Remember, the first hour after sleep sets the tone for the entire day!
