Three-Day Smartphone Abstention Enhances Brain Function

Abstaining from smartphones for just three days improves brain function. The study involved 25 young people aged 18-30 who voluntarily gave up their smartphones for 72 hours. Before and after the smartphone "diet," participants underwent MRI scans and psychological tests. As a result, scientists noticed changes in brain activity responsible for addictions, including those related to alcohol and drugs.
