Yoga is most often associated with asanas and breathing techniques, static and dynamic meditations designed to improve health, give more energy, relieve tension, resist stress, improve concentration and attention to oneself and others. Critical Alignment Yoga meets all these criteria and gives a person the opportunity to deeply study their body, from spinal functions to psychological reasons causing body deformation. The practice has a therapeutic effect and works with existing injuries and spinal problems (hernias, protrusions, scoliosis), as well as pain of unknown origin. The Critical Alignment method uses special equipment to release and stretch different parts of the spine, which changes rigid bone and muscle structures.
