Few people allow themselves the luxury of stopping and listening to their own body. Yet it 'shouts' not only when it experiences hunger or pain. Often, amidst all the busyness, it's easy to miss signals indicating that the body is at its limit, exhausted. But if they are ignored, everything can result in a serious illness. Developing body awareness allows one to establish better contact with their own body.
