Do Not Ignore the Morning Alarm

One should not skip the morning alarm - this leads to burnout and mental health issues. For mental health, it is better to get up immediately rather than trying to 'sleep for a few more minutes'. If you can't wake up after the alarm, experts recommend counting backwards from five to one as soon as you wake up. Once counted, get up from the bed immediately. This way you will develop a habit and sleep deprivation will disappear.
