6. Enjoy your food. Do not starve yourself and do not eat tasteless food. If you love sweets or fatty foods, keep them in your diet, but in minimal amounts. Allow yourself to eat a little fried meat or a very small piece of cake, but only once a week. Choose delicious and healthy recipes for yourself and enjoy cooking. Pay special attention to vegetable salads with olive oil and seafood.
