Listen to Yourself: Your Decisions Matter

You don't need to seek excuses from people – they do what they see fit. Do not expect first moves or last messages from people. It is foolish to put your decisions in the hands of others. Do not beg for a person’s attention, love, or pity. Do not trample on your self-esteem over the ambitions of people who couldn't care less about your feelings. Learn to listen to yourself: if you want to call, write, come, or go. Your life is a puzzle of your decisions, and no one else can understand what you want better than yourself.
