Second 'Doomsday' Fish Washed Ashore in California

The second three-meter-long 'Doomsday' fish washed ashore in California over the last 3 months. The oarfish or king of herrings is a rare inhabitant of ocean depths, historically considered a harbinger of death, earthquakes, and other natural disasters. 20 such fish were found on Japanese beaches in the months leading up to the 2011 earthquake.
