Controversial Posters in Japanese Subway

In Japan, efforts have begun to tackle issues with black individuals - special posters have been displayed in the subway comparing them to monkeys. This is due to their behavior: acting wildly, filming videos, and bothering people. Therefore, the Japanese are asking black individuals to be more modest.
