Be careful about whom you invite into your life

Be careful when choosing those you invite into your life. Your body, your mind, and your immediate environment are your temple. Who do you want to invite into it? Is it an open invitation? Do people wipe their feet before entering? Or do they come to you only to shed the dirt from their soul? In Brazil, there is a slang word folgado. It can be translated as 'free,' but also as 'lazy.' But in fact, it sounds like 'freeloader.' 'Freeloaders' are people whose lifestyle implies that they will live at the expense of others. If you give such a person a 'piece of bread' once, they will stay and keep asking for more pieces as long as you have 'bread.' And when it's gone, the 'freeloader' will find a new victim. In general, don't let people into your life who only take something from you but give you nothing in return.
