A study has shown that consuming approximately three cups of coffee per day reduces the risk of multiple cardiometabolic diseases. Scientists from China and Sweden analyzed data from over 360,000 people and found that those who drink a moderate amount of coffee are the least likely to develop stroke, heart failure, and type 2 diabetes. With the consumption of three cups of coffee a day, this risk is reduced by up to 48% compared to those who do not drink coffee at all.
