The Second Chance

In reality, the person who needs a 'second chance' is not the one who receives it, but the one who GIVES it. People do not change! One might say something in the heat of the moment, break something accidentally, or step on a foot. But it is impossible to betray someone accidentally, or to be unfaithful accidentally, and so on. And when a person gives the opportunity to fix everything, they do it for themselves, to make sure they have done everything for this relationship. Because everyone understands, it is impossible to change what has already been done!
