NASA Researchers Complete Mars Simulation Experiment

Four NASA researchers have completed an experiment simulating life on Mars, during which they spent 378 days in isolation at the Mars Dune Alpha station model. In this way, they spent more than a year under conditions artificially mimicking the Martian environment. They engaged in growing vegetables, fixing station malfunctions, and making trips to the surface.
