Lack of criticism towards oneself. Often, in certain groups about a healthy lifestyle, I hear or read very harsh statements about one's body. Disparaging, even offensive remarks about oneself, exhausting workouts, and inhuman diets not only destroy health but also self-esteem. You will never like yourself if you start calling yourself names and insulting your own body. All your thoughts and words are stored in the body's information grid, shaping (or destroying) your immune system. Love yourself, praise yourself, find your strengths, find your sparkle.
