Former Jaguar Designer Creates Electric Van for Disabled People

Former Jaguar designer Ian Callum, in collaboration with British Motability Operations, has created the eVita electric van, which allows people with disabilities to use the vehicle without having to transfer from their wheelchair. The van is equipped with a special retractable wheelchair apparatus at the rear door. Unfortunately, the vehicle will not go into production as it was only created to demonstrate the possibility of such a car.
