72% of meetings and conference calls disrupt work, study shows

Employees in knowledge-based industries spend so much time in meetings and conferences that they often don't have enough time to focus on their actual work. In 72% of cases, these meetings are poorly conducted and hinder teams from reaching their goals. These findings were obtained by the Atlassian service during a survey involving 5,000 knowledge-based workers.
