Paris to Introduce Expensive Parking for SUVs

Paris will become the first city in the world to make parking for large crossovers and SUVs three times more expensive than regular cars. All internal combustion engine vehicles weighing over 1.6 tons and electric vehicles weighing over 2 tons will be affected. Locals complain that such vehicles take up a lot of space, contribute more to air pollution, and pose a greater risk in collisions.
