South Korea to Build World's Tallest Spokeless Ferris Wheel

South Korea is set to construct the world's tallest spokeless Ferris wheel. The Seoul Twin Eye project consists of two intersecting rings with capsules rotating around them. The height of the structure will reach 220 meters.
