Robot malfunction at Tesla factory results in violent attack on engineer

A robot at Tesla factory malfunctioned and viciously attacked one of the engineers. The engineer was programming two disabled robots nearby when their soulless sibling attacked him, driving its metallic claws into the worker's back and arm.
