Seasonal Patterns of Fractures in Men: Insights from German Study

Fractures of the limbs are more common during the New Year holidays, according to a study conducted by German doctors. The researchers analyzed data from over 3,000 men seeking medical assistance for limb fractures and found that most of these injuries occur during the festive season. This groundbreaking study also examined the seasonal trends in similar traumas for the first time. It revealed that the risk of fractures also increases during weekends and summer vacations.
