Alcoholic beer has been found to be safer than non-alcoholic beer. Scientists have discovered that food pathogens grow better in non-alcoholic beer. Even at a temperature of +14°C, active growth of E. coli and Salmonella was observed in non-alcoholic beer. The ethanol present in regular beer inhibits these processes. Overall, there is no need to give up non-alcoholic beer - it just needs to be stored at lower temperatures.
