A new record for the amount of beer consumed has been set

Fifty German tourists arrived in Spain and not only had a great time but also broke the world record for the amount of beer consumed - 1254 glasses in three hours. The Germans did not know each other, so they connected in a shared chat for travelers. They agreed to meet at a bar to try to drink as much beer as possible. According to the establishment where it all happened, the record holders paid around 2380 euros for the drinks.
