New York museum removes human remains from exhibition

The American Museum of Natural History in New York will remove 12,000 items from its permanent exhibition - human skeletons, as well as ornaments and other items made from bones. The museum's director explained that this decision was made out of respect for the people whose bones are presented in the exhibition, some of whom died as a result of exploitation, violence, or tragedies.
