American Farmer Grows Record-Breaking 1,247kg Pumpkin

An American farmer has grown a pumpkin weighing 1,247 kilograms. The annual competition takes place in the Californian city of Half Moon Bay. In 2021, first place went to a man who grew a record-breaking and incredibly heavy pumpkin. However, Travis's pumpkin turned out to be 21 kilograms heavier. The man received $30,000 for winning the championship. By the way, such enormous pumpkins do not grow on their own, they require special care. It took Travis approximately $15,000 to take care of it.
