Dozens of people have been evacuated in the Córdoba province in southern Argentina due to raging forest fires. According to the Associated Press, the cause of the fire was a 27-year-old local resident named Ulises Harate. He started a bonfire in the forest, which is prohibited, and attempted to make coffee on an open flame, but failed to control the fire due to strong winds. The forests surrounding populated areas are completely engulfed in flames, and the fire has already approached residential buildings. The tourist center of Argentina, Villa Carlos Paz, is also under threat.
