Rare Fish Rediscovered in Australia

In Australia, a fish with fins, which was considered extinct, was accidentally found. Scientists identified the creature as the Spotted Handfish Brachionichthys hirsutus. The last time this endangered marine animal was seen was 20 years ago. Currently, researchers are trying to save the fish from complete extinction. Artificial spawning habitats are being created for them instead of natural habitats, and a separate population is being bred in aquariums.
