Turning Criticism into Growth

If someone has offended you, it's because they have noticed you. Before getting upset about someone pouring dirt on you, understand that this person has taken the time to express their opinion to you. They have found you, noticed you, and evaluated the product you have created. Yes, they may hate you. But you have taken their time because they spend minutes talking about their hatred. Even if you don't respond (which you shouldn't), you have already won. They don't want to know anything about you, but you are already in their field of vision. And then, if someone expresses hatred, that's the maximum that can happen. Life goes on, the Earth continues to spin, someone gets offended, and you become wiser.
