Don't overload yourself. If you find that you objectively don't have enough time and your schedule is overloaded, look at the less important tasks in your plan. Is it really important to meet a friend for coffee today? What about extracurricular activities? If you try to do too many things at once, you will start to feel uncertain and anxious. Cancel your plans when necessary to give your mind more space for clear thinking.
