Qualities of Mars Colonizers: Flexibility, Communication, Non-Aggression, and Collaboration

Psychologists have identified the qualities that Mars colonizers should possess. These include flexibility, the ability to communicate with each other, the absence of aggression, and a lack of desire to compete. Scientists believe that these personality traits will enable people to collaborate more effectively and accomplish the necessary tasks to survive on the harsh planet. The study involved computer modeling, tracking the first 28 years of Mars colonization. Scientists have also determined that only 22 individuals are sufficient to establish a settlement.
