American Scientists Grow Tooth Enamel

American scientists have grown tooth enamel. Miniature teeth that synthesize ameloblast cells - cells that produce proteins that later mineralize, forming enamel - have been created in the United States. This is the first time that enamel has been obtained artificially. In the near future, it is possible to expect living fillings for treating cavities and laboratory-grown teeth instead of traditional implants.
