Daily walks of 4000 steps reduce the risk of death

Daily walks of 4000 steps have been found to lower the risk of death. Scientists analyzed data from 17 studies involving 226,889 individuals to determine the number of steps needed for a positive health effect. It was discovered that at least 3967 steps per day reduce the risk of death from any cause, while at least 2337 steps decrease the danger of cardiovascular diseases.
